Welcome to First Lutheran Church

Welcome to First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Centerville, Iowa!  We are a community that loves and serves God, each other, and our neighbors, no matter how near or far.  

We invite everyone to become part of this community of worship and service.

In response to the call in Romans 15:7 to "Welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you," we warmly welcome people of any race, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical or mental ability, religious background, financial or family status.

We worship each Sunday morning at 10:30am.  Prior to worship, we have fellowship in the Narthex at 10:00am.

First Lutheran is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).  

We are located at 410 E. Sheridan Avenue (one block east of Drake Avenue).
